Sedum* 'Matrona'

Sedum* 'Matrona'

*scientifically reclassified. Now called Hylotelephium

These large sedums are the best! They are beautiful, require no care after planting, and provide four seasons of interest. Pollinators love them too - our honey bees begin sitting on the green buds in August, just waiting for them to open.

'Matrona' has dark green leaves, red stems, and deep pink flowers. The stems, flowers, and foliage all deepen to dark crimson when cooler fall temperatures set in.
