Appalachian Stonecrop or Cliff Stonecrop is a rare little US native alpine plant that can be found growing only in the Appalachian Mountains between Virginia and West Virginia. It forms a low, spreading mat of light-green evergreen rosettes. Starry white flowers appear in early summer. Grow it in the lightly shaded rock garden or use it as edging in a well-drained border.
