The first plant we ever propagated, pussy willow will always have a place in our hearts and landscapes.
'Mt. Aso' is a particularly lovely variety. Fluffy pink catkins bring such joy when they emerge on bare stems in late winter.
Willows are known to be deer resistant, but deer in our area seem to love this particular cultivar, and we recommend planting in a protected location.
