A rarely seen rock garden plant from the Albanian Alps. Glossy evergreen scalloped leaves form a basal rosette, which is topped by blue, tubular flowers all summer long. Beautiful!
Challenging to grow. Fertile, gritty, evenly moist soil required. Best suited to alpine troughs, scree gardens, and clay pots. Will not live in regular border conditions. Do not plant in hot, humid climates.
