Yugoslavian cutleaf sage

Yugoslavian cutleaf sage is a showy, long blooming, low growing perennial for a sunny, well-drained spot. The tuft of fine, feathery foliage is quite attractive even before it is crowned by hairy spikes of beautiful blue and lilac flowers. Peculiarly, the hooded flowers grow upside down.
