Horned rampion is a very un-bellflower-like Bellflower relative. Seldom seen in gardens, but we love this little rock garden plant for its narrow tuft of blue-green leaves and funky, spiky blue ball flowers. Easy to grow, but prefers rich, moist, well-drained soil.
