Campanula garganica
Campanula garganica
Adriatic bellflower is a wonderful mat forming, low growing evergreen perennial with typical blue star-shaped flowers. It grows quite easily in lean, well-drained soil making it a useful ground cover in a tough spot. It does, however, prefer lime-y soil with decent fertility and will seed around freely in those conditions. Native to Italy and Greece.
