Callicarpa dichotma var. albafructus 'Duet' | beautyberry
ARCHIVED PLANT. This page serves as reference only. We are no longer propagating this plant.
'Duet' is an exceptional beautyberry! The heavily variegated yellow-green foliage illuminates the garden from spring through fall. Insignificant white blooms sporadically appear throughout the summer months. Pearly white berries follow the flowers and add a bit of interest in fall. Berries persist for a few weeks after leaf drop. In all honesty, the berries are not nearly as showy as the metallic purple berries of 'Early Amethyst', but this shrub is far superior for form and foliage.
